Naturopathic Intake

In Office or Video: $150.00 (Self-pay price), 30 minutes duration, or $175.00, 45 minutes duration

Consultation: Out of State Residents
(Outside CA and OR) Via Telemedicine Video: $175.00 (Self-pay price), 30-60 minutes duration

Consultation: Lab Review Only
Via Telemedicine Video: $150 (Self-pay price), 30 minutes duration
Consultation by Telehealth of previously ordered labs and health history. Reviewing your health history and current, or recently drawn, lab work can be insightful in uncovering some of the root causes in your health problems. Using a functional medicine lens, we can review your blood work together and answer any unresolved questions you may have regarding what may be the next steps to take in your healthcare journey.
Consultation: Acute Tick Bite
Via Telemedicine Video: $150 (Self-pay price), 30 minutes duration
Consultation for testing and treatment of acute tick bites. What to do when recently bitten by a tick. It can be scary, especially after using google to find out what to do. Thankfully, Dr. Costa, has worked with many patients recently bitten, or those with suspect Lyme Disease and Chronic Lyme.
Schedule a visit for acute tick bite as soon as possible to prevent any potential problems related to tick borne illness.
Provider Consultations
Via Zoom or Phone: $150 for 2 sessions (once per week x 2 weeks, or $350 for 4 sessions (once per week lasting one month)
Dr. Costa has been a teaching physician for several years and is happy to continue providing detailed case consultations every week! This booking provides: Provider case consultation and training. We can cover anything from Primary Care, Medical Research, Chronic Disease Management, and all things Functional Medicine.
